Porta Potty Rental for Special Events in Phoenix

Public events in Maricopa County need at least 1 toilet per 100 attendees within 200 feet when permanent restrooms are not adequate. The PSAI planning chart often calls for fewer units at short events and more at long ones, so check both and plan to the higher count.

The county ratio is a minimum. PSAI's chart is built on how often people actually use restrooms over time. A 4 hour event for 1,000 people comes out at 8 units on the chart, while the county minimum is 10.

Accessibility applies to every public event. Plan at least 5% accessible units per cluster under federal ADA rules, at least one in Scottsdale, and 10% in Mesa.
