How many ADA porta potties are required?
Under the 2010 ADA Standards, at least 5% of clustered single-user portable toilets must be accessible, rounded up per cluster. 20 units means 1 accessible unit and 21 means 2. Mesa events need 10%, and Scottsdale needs at least one when portables are provided.
Toilets used only by construction workers on a construction site are exempt (203.2). The accessible unit also needs an accessible route to reach it.
